Causes

Handling methods

The device cannot be started

1.      The fuse is burnt out

2.      The power line is not connected or of bad connection

1.      Please replace it by fuse of the same specification and model;

2.      Please re-connect the power line in place according to the installation drawing.

Display screen is dark

1.      The environment temperature is too low

2.      The brightness is set as low light

1.      It is normal in low temperature, and the temperature will increase automatically after start, then it will recover to the normal brightness;

2.      Please set the optimum brightness in settings interface.

Navigation receives no satellite signals

1.      The navigation line is not well-screwed

2.      The navigation antenna port is wrongly connected

3.      Check to see if the navigation antenna is put in place

1.      Tighten the navigation antenna;

2.      Connect the navigation antenna in place as specified;

3.      The antenna should be parallel with the ground and face the sky directly.

Navigation has no sound

1.      Check to see if the navigation volume is in silent mode

2.      The line of the navigation loudspeaker is loosen

1.      Adjust the navigation sound to the optimum status in the settings interface;

2.      Re-connect the loudspeaker line

Navigation is not accessible (navigation software cannot be found)

1.      The navigation route is not set

2.      The navigation card is not well-inserted

3.      The file on the navigation card is damaged

1.      Re-set the navigation software route (just open the NAVIOE.EXE file in the SD NAVIONE file);

2.      Re-insert the navigation card;

3.      Replace the navigation card with new one of the same specifications.

Digital TV/DVB-T/TV receives very few channels or is not good

1.      The digital TV antenna is not well-screwed

2.      The TV antenna port is wrongly connected

3.      Check to see if the digital TV antenna is put in place

1.      Tighten the digital TV antenna;

2.      Connect the digital TV antenna in place as specified;

3.      Change the antenna location.

There is no back view displaying when backing the car

1.      The camera for car-backing is not supplied with  power of 12V

2.      The back view video is not connected

1.      Connect its camera power supply line and that on the main device of our company to each other;

2.      Connect the camera video output line and the car-backing video input line of our company to each other in place. 

There is no touch or touch offset

Inaccurate touch

Use the central control button and the direction key to enter the main menu-settings-system of this device to make touch calibration

There is picture but no sound

1.      The system is in silent mode

2.      The AUX audio output line is not connected

1.      Close the silent mode;

2.      Re-connect the AUX audio output line in place.

The picture and sound pauses now and then when playing DVD/VCD/CD

The disc is dirty or scratched

Clean or change the disc

It cannot play the USB flash disc or SD card

1.      Wrong format

2.      Loosen jack/slot

1.      Re-copy the file

2.      Re-insert the SD card/USB flash disc

The picture on the display screen comes and goes

Loosen LVDS line

Re-connect the connecting  line in place
